All bookings are subject to a £50 deposit. Your deposit will be refunded as a subtraction from your account on the day of your scan. You must tell us at least 48 hours before your booking if you wish to cancel otherwise we will retain your deposit. Weekend scans or weekday bookings performed by a consultant are subject to a £10 surcharge to cover professional fees In the event that we cannot obtain 3D images of your baby the minimum you will be charged is £95 to cover the scanning time. Should you arrive 15 minutes or later after your appointment start time your booking may be rescheduled for another day. Advertised prices are subject to change without notice. E&OE. |
PACKAGES TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Gender Identification has a zero cost value in the packages and has not been included in the saving calculation.
- Package prices are as advertised and cannot be discounted.
- Each item in a package has been individually discounted to create a saving.
- You may add additional items to your package at the individual item cost.
- You may not remove items from a package that you do not desire in order to create a lower priced package.
- You are welcome to create your own package however media items will revert to the individual item prices.
