Cocoon4D is a 4D scanning service exclusive to The London Ultrasound Centre.

Our designer scanning suite in the heart of London’s private medical establishment has been carefully planned with mothers to be and partners in mind.

From the moment you enter our stunning converted Georgian mansion and walk along the marble floor you will sense that we have crafted something quite special.

Soon you will be greeted by the house receptionist and taken through to our spacious Patient Lounge. This oasis of calm feels a million miles away from the hustle of Central London. Please feel free to arrive early and take advantage of the space to unwind.

Our patient liaison secretary will check your personal details and then you will meet one of our sonographers who will show you into our architect designed ultrasound suite.

The first stop is a short round table consultation to confirm details of your pregnancy. This informal chat is a chance to tell the sonographer what you are hoping to see from the 4D scan, to discuss any concerns that you may have and to let us know if you want you know you baby’s sex or not.

Then you will be taken around the stylish curved partition to the ultrasound scan space. Here you lie back and relax while the sonographer begins the scan.

Straight away High Definition images from our state of the art ultrasound machine are displayed on a large, widescreen plasma screen. The screen is set into the curved wall at the perfect viewing angle for you and up to 4 family members or friends, so you can all share in the joy of seeing your unborn baby.

After the scan you will return to the London Ultrasound Centre reception. While your unique DVD movie is being finalised you can either return to the Patient Lounge or take a stroll to the shops of nearby Marylebone High Street.
