Note: Prices are for single pregnancies. Multiple pregnancies take longer to scan and will incur a 30% increase in package prices.

All bookings are subject to a £50 deposit.

Your deposit will be refunded as a subtraction from your account on the day of your scan.

We do not deal directly with insurance companies. All bookings must be paid for on the day of your appointment.

All insurance claim forms must be presented to the clinical staff during your appointment.

Any forms that are left to be signed will incur a £15 administration charge rising to £30 if more detail apart from a signature and date is required.

You must tell us at least 48 hours before your booking if you wish to cancel otherwise we will retain your deposit to cover our costs.

Weekend scans are subject to a £20 surcharge.

In the event that we cannot obtain 3D images of your baby the minimum you will be charged is £95 to cover our scanning time.

Should you arrive 15 minutes or later after your appointment start time your booking may be rescheduled for another day.
